IBC Advisory
STRTA's Special Situations team is led by experienced legal and financial experts, with in-depth expertise in the IBC framework. We work closely with all the stakeholders in ensuring resolution of stressed accounts without diminishing the value of the underlying business. We offer the following services pertaining to the Insolvency Resolution Process:
- Diagnosing the cases fit for application under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), as overseen by NCLT/ NCLAT
- Provide end-to-end legal support under the purview of IBC
- Act as Process Advisors to resolution professionals and facilitate communication and negotiation with the committee of creditors where required
